WHAT WE COLLECT
Your email address and phone number when you pre-book, your name and email when you create an account, your shipping address when you order, and basic technical logs (IP, user agent) needed to run the store and stop abuse.
WHY WE COLLECT IT
To send you the drop notifications you asked for, to create and secure your account, to enforce the one-piece-per-account rule, to deliver your order, and to answer your messages. Nothing else.
WHAT WE NEVER DO
We don't sell, rent or trade your data. We don't run third-party advertising trackers. We never ask for your password or full card details by email.
WHO ELSE SEES IT
Only the processors that make the store work: our email provider for transactional mail, our payment gateway for the payment itself (we never store card numbers), and our courier for the delivery address.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Order records for 8 years, as required by Indian tax law. Marketing contacts until you unsubscribe. Verification codes for 10 minutes, then they're deleted.
YOUR RIGHTS
Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or a deletion at any time through the contact page. We reply within 30 days. Unsubscribe links are in every marketing email.
