Every order from a drop is picked, numbered and packed together once the drop closes. Dispatch happens within 48 hours. Your confirmation email carries your edition number; a second email carries the AWB the moment the parcel is scanned in.

Each piece ships in a rigid matte black box with a serial-numbered hangtag, wrapped in unbleached tissue. Nothing about the outer carton says what's inside.

Delhivery surface across India. Metro pincodes typically land in 3 working days, the rest in 4–6. Remote and ODA pincodes can take up to 8. Tracking is live from the moment the AWB is generated.

Shipping is free on every order inside India. We don't ship internationally yet — the first international release is planned for edition 003.

Cold machine wash inside out, gentle cycle, no bleach, no softener, line dry in shade. Iron on the reverse and keep heat off the embroidery and the metal hardware. Everything is garment washed before dispatch, so it will not shrink on you.

If a garment arrives with a manufacturing defect — a dropped stitch, a loose rivet, a seam fault — email us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We replace it with the same edition number where stock allows, or refund the full amount to the original payment method within 7 working days.

We don't run size exchanges. Editions are finite and numbered, so a swap would mean voiding someone else's piece. Use the size guide — it is measured off the actual production samples.

You can cancel before dispatch by replying to your confirmation email. The piece returns to the waitlist pool and your refund is issued within 5 working days.
