nmbrd is an independent limited-edition clothing label operating from India. These terms govern your use of this store.

You need an account to order. Keep your credentials to yourself — you're responsible for activity on your account. We can suspend accounts used for reselling, automation, chargeback abuse or fraud.

Each account may place one order per drop. Attempts to bypass this using multiple accounts, addresses or payment instruments will be cancelled and refunded without notice.

Every style is capped at 100 numbered pieces and the cap is published on the product. Adding a piece to your cart does not reserve it — stock is only committed when your order is confirmed. Where a listing shows a genuine error in price or stock, we may cancel and refund it in full.

Embroidery and jacquard are produced in small runs. Minor variation in stitch density, wash tone and hardware finish between pieces is characteristic of the process and is not a defect.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST. Payment is processed by our gateway; we never store your card details.

Timed buy links are issued to a single account, work once, and expire. Sharing a link does not transfer access.

All embroidery artwork, jacquard patterns, photography and the nmbrd name are ours. You may not reproduce them commercially, including for resale merchandise.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of New Delhi.
